We opened French Market in 2016 to fill a void that Bend was missing - a European-influenced restaurant with unique flavors. After spending time living in France and Spain, we moved to Bend and found ourselves missing the flavors and ambiance of Europe. We decided to bring that special experience to our Bend community.
French Market is committed to providing fresh dishes with unexpected flavors using locally-sourced ingredients. In warmer months, our on-site garden is a source for French Market's farm-to-table menu. We grow fresh veggies, herbs, and edible florals for our dishes. Our menu, written by Executive Chef Luke Mason, changes frequently depending on what is in season. We hope to see you soon!
